Pina and Wicky live in Bagnacavallo, a little small town, and have just completed high school. Finally they are allowed to go to Bologna for attending the IX edition of the wellknown anti-prohibitionist rally "Street Rave Parade".

They meet in front of a music store managed by Cricket, a '70's survivor. Pina, once alone with Cricket, reveals to him that once in Bologna they want to try some drugs like ecstasy and Cricket decides to lecture Pina on the realm of illegal drugs.

It's early afternoon when Pina arrives in Bologna at the gathering of the "Street Rave Parade".

Here she meets with Bugs, a young stoner, who immediately pass her a joint. Then she founds Wicky together with a strane guy who's nick name is Chillum.

He has plenty of different pills and some LSD bloaters known as Happycoffi. While the party is kicking in, Pina is tempted and accepts an Happycoffi, but she swallows only half of it.

Again she run into Bugs and the two of them go take a break on a lawn, where after getting acquainted, she gives the other half of the Happycoffi to Bugs.

Their meeting is interrupted by a loudspeaker voice announcing the departure of the parade. The person making the public announcement is Fairy Blues one of the chief organizer of the rally.

While Pina is roaming in the crowd, we see two weird guys who are acting strangely. They are caught by Fairy Blues, who seems to be really upset while he kicks them out. Pina starts experiencing the effects of LSD while the parade is moving along Bologna's outer ring avenue.

While the sun is going down, on the steps of a wellknown Bologna's high school, a female street artist is reciting a delirious monologue.

Pina approaches the scene and the street performer involves her in an insane dance performance together with Wicky, who is passing by.
Pina flips out completely in a psychedelic trip that brings her to un-describable imaginaries places. Meanwhile, in the night, the parade goes on with its path around the city.

Once the effect of the psychedelic drug has calmed down, Pina once again finds Bugs right in the middle of the party. They decide to sit on the curb while pretty stoned they check out the craziness surrounding them.

All the sudden Bugs asks her if she got more Happycoffi for his friends. The answer is no, but Pina volunteers to ask Wicky to contact Chillum for getting some drugs.

Once an appointment is set up via text messages the three of them leave the parade.

Meanwhile Cricket is napping in his apartment in Bagnacavallo.

He wakes up abruptly because of frightening insights. Suddently he decides to eat up an entire plant of peyote, an hallucinogenic succulent from Mexico, that he has been farming with extreme care for the last 25 years.
Then he takes his car and leaves.

Pina, Bugs and Wicky meet with Chillum and together they head up to the city center.

In some small medieval alley we see the two weird characters previously banned from the parade.

While they are cursing Fairy Blues, on a mirror they are preparing big fat lines of an unidentified white powder.

Right when the two villains are sniffing drug, the four young fellows arrive scaring them to death.

Past the initial shock they start negotiating for buying some drugs and once a deal is sealed the two reprobates take off to go get the drugs. Soon we find out that they intend to rip off the youngsters.

Meanwhile Cricket awesomely stoned arrives in Bologna experiencing a Mayan delirium as inducted by the Mexican cactus.

The two scoundrels deliver "the stuff" and get paid. Bugs immediately realizes that it is a fraud and jumps on to the two weirdoes for getting his money back.

Against all the odds Cricket passes in front of the scuffling group. He sees Pina, stops the car, and jumps out of the vehicle, but he is crushed by devastating hallucinations.

Nonetheless he manages to reach the group only for getting punched in face by Bugs who is really confused.

Cricket is collapsed on the floor and Pina overwhelmed by too many emotions passes out in the arms of Bugs.

Pina experiences a terrible nightmare.

It's sunrise, we are at the North Park, the final destination of "Street Rave Parade". Pina is slowly regaining consciousness while being attended by Fairy Blues. Then she sees that Bugs is there and Cricket to even if a little in pain and quite beaten up, finally Wicky arrives while the new day has arrived.
